Update: Closed due to medical complications of head staff. Stay posted though, because they closed with a hope of opening a future Center Street Deli Part 2. I hope so!!

EVERYTHING made fresh from scratch, even the bread.
Boar's Head meats and cheeses--always a good thing.
I was informed that they use fresh meat every day. Any leftovers they either take home for their families, or give to the local homeless or hungry.

The Sarrano Ham is imported directly from Italy. She gave us a sample & I was sold.
Also, the flatbread was freshly cooked on the grill to-order.

I love sandwiches and I call this place Sandwich Heaven. The flavors were incredible.

WOW, can I just say thank you Janey. You have brought so many delicious meals to my mouth through past blog entries. But this one I think takes the cake. The empire is still making my mouth water 4 hours later. I'm sure I'll run into you guys here sometime, because I'm going back often. YUM.
